Is Hilaria Baldwin joining season 34 of Dancing With The Stars?

The controversial social media personality addressed the rumors while attending the USTA Foundation Opening Night Gala at the 2025 US Open alongside her husband Alec Baldwin on Monday, Aug. 25.

During an interview with Extra, Hilaria was asked about her viral dance TikToks, and if she and Alec would ever try the iconic lift from Dirty Dancing.

"We've had some requests for some Dirty Dancing lifts and I've been too scared to do that with him," Hilaria admitted, to which the interviewer responded, "What if you were to do the Dirty Dancing lifts with a certain dance pro on a certain Dancing With the Stars which everyone seems to be manifesting?"

Hilaria responded, "I know, I've been enjoying all this manifesting, I see in my comments there's like a lot of people manifesting. It's been a lot of fun manifesting, and let's continue to manifest."

She then asked her husband, "Would you let me go and dance?"

"Well I suppose that could be arranged. I suppose I would be convinced about that if there were certain parameters in place," Alec said. "I think that I want her to have fun and this is a woman who loves to have fun. She's a fun-seeking person and I want her to go and do anything she wants to do that would be fun."

Rumors of Hilaria joining season 34 of the reality competition series began swirling this month when fans noticed she began posting an unusual amount of TikToks of herself performing ballroom dance moves. Hilaria used to be a ballroom dancer growing up, and was a member of New York University's ballroom dance team while a student there.

In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, she admitted having previous ballroom experience would "feel like cheating," but appears to be interested in joining the show anyways.

Hilaria first rose to fame after marrying Alec in 2012. In 2020, she came under fire after a Twitter user accused her of "impersonating a Spanish person." A social media firestorm ensued, with critics claiming Hilaria lied about being from Spain and was even faking her accent.

The full cast of celebrities on DWTS will be revealed during the Sept. 3 episode of Good Morning America on ABC.
